Waukegan is easily accessible by car, train, plane, bicycle or boat.

The Waukegan Yacht Club is the ‘Friendliest Yacht Club on Lake Michigan’, and offers racing, cruising, junior and adult sailing lessons, Club boats, parties and more.  Between Chicago and Milwaukee, The Waukegan Yacht Club was founded in 1927 to promote yachting, yacht racing and good fellowship among yachtsmen on Lake Michigan.

The public is invited to visit our excellent dining and lounge facilities Tuesdays-Fridays for lunch, and for special events.
