Economic Restructuring Committee works to stimulate downtown economic activity via market research, business assistance and recruitment, and property development.

Design Committee helps to shape the physical aspects of downtown with design education and awareness, technical assistance, planning and public improvements and particularly through managing SLAP.

Committees meet once monthly.
Committee members work on subcommittees or special projects and typically contribute about 10 hours a month.  Committee members receive training from Illinois Main Street.

Organization Committee is responsible for promoting Main Street through funding the organization. We do this by building membership, holding fundraisers and seeking sponsorships as well as other funding options.

Promotion Committee works to develop and market downtown's image through marketing strategies, image building, retail and business promotions and special events..
